Prairie Source Sourcing terms of service
These terms describe use of this independent tractor tire sourcing website. They distinguish an inquiry from a supplier quotation and a purchase agreement. Review any separate written commercial terms before authorizing an order.
Service role and inquiry information
Prairie Source Sourcing helps business buyers organize product requirements and seek comparable factory responses. We do not claim to manufacture tires, act as an authorized representative of another brand or hold inventory. Directory entries are inquiry configurations. Supplier identity, capacity, availability and product claims require verification for the proposed offer.
Provide accurate product, quantity, destination, application and contact information. Identify required construction, dimensions, loading conditions and documents. Explain any allowed alternatives. If the brief changes, communicate the revision before relying on a quotation made against the earlier scope.
Offers and purchasing decisions
Sending a form does not create a purchase order, reserve stock or confirm a delivery date. Prices, MOQ, samples, payment, lead time, trade terms and exclusions belong in a written offer. The purchase agreement must identify the parties and their responsibilities. No general website statement replaces that agreement.
The buyer should confirm machine compatibility, destination requirements, installation and acceptance criteria with suitable technical advisers. A tire size alone is insufficient for approval. Supplier documents and test or inspection results must match the exact model, configuration and operating conditions.
Costs and support eligibility
Compare tire cost with tubes, valves, packing, freight, taxes, mounting and other applicable charges. Optional budgets and supplier preferences express buyer priorities. They are not supplier ratings, evidence of an available price or proof of a saving.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. The applicable support basis requires written confirmation during that review. The shared support notice describes the available eligibility process.
Website use and clarification
Use this website for legitimate procurement communication. Do not submit misleading identity details, payment-card data, unlawful material or information you are not entitled to share. Third-party references describe source vocabulary and do not imply endorsement or a supplier relationship.
Use the contact form to ask about service scope or these terms. Read the privacy policy before submitting personal contact information. Requirements and service arrangements should be confirmed in the ensuing written discussion.
